>How can we purchase the products?
Customer may come down personally to purchase their goods. They may also call or fax to us to place their orders.

>Does taurus do custom paper boxes?
Taurus specializes in custom packaging to fit your need and image.

>What is the minimum quantity we must order to have custom paper boxes?
Purchasers must at least order 2000 pieces for small boxes (e.g ring box, earrings box etc), 500 pieces for bigger boxes (e.g set boxes, bangle boxes) for their own preferred designs.

>How long will it take to ship an order?
Custom orders will take 45 - 60 days..

>Can you imprint my boxes?
Yes.

>How do I get a die made up for my boxes?
We need black and white artwork. Each die cost S$25. Orders for boxes above 1000 pieces are entited free die.

>What form of payments do you accept?
We accept cash and cheques only.

>Do taurus provides delivery service?
Customers are entited free delivery sevice in Singapore for their orders above S$200.
